Greater Green Bay Chamber Announces The Bring ‘Em To The Bay Referral Campaign
The deadline to enter referrals is Friday, October 29. Drawing for the prize will take place on Thursday, November 11.

Green Bay, Wis - This morning, during the Talent Day introduction and keynote presentation, the Greater Green Bay Chamber announced the start of the Bring ‘Em to the Bay referral program to attract new talent and residents to the Greater Green Bay area.

The intent of Talent Day was to raise awareness of the predicaments that area employers have been facing with talent attraction and retention and bring the community together to have a conversation on how to solve this problem. Talent Day featured keynote presenter: Chris Czarnik, a national career search and talent acquisition expert with 20-years of HR, training and conference speaking experience.
Bring ‘Em to the Bay is designed for current Greater Green Bay residents to identify people around the world who may have an interest in or whose career or lifestyle desires would make them a good fit as residents of the Greater Green Bay community. The goal of the campaign is to connect with people and share all the community has to offer in hopes they will make the move to Greater Green Bay.

For each verified contact of someone who lives outside of Northeast Wisconsin that is provided, current area residents will be entered into a drawing to win a Greater Green Bay Experience prize package valued at $1,000. For an entry to be valid, the Greater Green Bay Chamber must receive a return communication before Monday, Nov. 8; contacts do not need to relocate to be considered valid. Participants are allowed unlimited entries.
The deadline to enter referrals is Friday, Oct. 29. Drawing for the prize will take place on Thursday, Nov. 11, at the Greater Green Bay Chamber’s Economic Development Strategic Plan update at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center. Participants do not need to be present to win.
