“I’m honored to serve as Chair of the Greater Green Bay Chamber’s Economic Development Board and look forward to working with Kelly, her staff and the rest of the Board in this new role,” Vasquez said. “The work of this organization wouldn’t be possible without the investment of local companies and leaders. It’s their support that allows us to continue to focus on workforce and business development initiatives that will benefit the entire region.”

In his current role at NAI Pfefferle – a full-service commercial real estate firm – Vasquez is responsible for developing and managing client relationships and growth strategies in the company’s brokerage, consulting and property management segments throughout the state of Wisconsin. He also leverages Pfefferle’s affiliation to NAI Global, the world’s largest network of independently-owned commercial real estate firms, to provide extensive market coverage to local clients with multiple locations and needs.

“Manny has in-depth knowledge and experience in economic development and a strong understanding of our region’s assets,” said Kelly Armstrong, vice president of economic development at the Greater Green Bay Chamber. “We are honored to leverage his expertise and perspective to continue driving the growth of the Greater Green Bay region.”

Vasquez replaces outgoing chair Paul Evert, village administrator with the Village of Howard. His first meeting presiding in the role will be Thursday, Oct. 21.
