Green Bay, Wis. (Sept. 22, 2021) - On Wednesday, Sept. 8, the Greater Green Bay Chamber and its community partners launched the Your Move Green Bay talent attraction website at the Talent Day introduction and keynote presentation at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center.
Green Bay, Wis. (Sept. 22 , 2021) - On Wednesday, Sept. 8, the Greater Green Bay Chamber and its community partners launched the Your Move Green Bay talent attraction website at the Talent Day introduction and keynote presentation at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center.
The initiative was created as a way to address the current and future talent needs of Greater Green Bay businesses and industries. There has been a surge of open positions with no one to fill them throughout Northeast Wisconsin; the solution is to reach out to potential employees and show them why moving their career and life to the Greater Green Bay area is a good idea.
The website highlights testimonials from lifetime residents, those who moved back to the area after leaving and brand-new transplants. The goal of the site is to showcase what makes Greater Green Bay unique and a pleasant place to grow your career and your family. The pages include stories from veterans, entrepreneurs, Millennials and information about local businesses, industries, neighborhoods and seasonal activities.
Your Move Green Bay was designed to be a tool to local recruiters and companies to use when reaching out to new and potential talent, as well as for residents to share with family, friends and coworkers living outside of the area.
The Your Move Green Bay website is hosted at www.YourMoveGreenBay.com. Local residents are able to participate in the Bring ‘Em to the Bay referral campaign under the “You belong here” page where they can be entered in for a chance to win a Greater Green Bay experience prize.
