Back To School: Greendale 2021-22 School Calendar

GREENDALE, WI — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Greendale, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in Greendale School District.

The first day of school for most students in Greendale is Sept. 1.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change as the coronavirus pandemic nears its year-and-a-half point. A mix of in-person, virtual and hybrid learning is still possible in Greendale.

Greendale Schools did not require masks throughout the schools summer programs. Like last year, these policies could change any time before the first day

Here is the list of dates to know for this school year in Greendale Schools:

First Day:

For students most students the first day is Sept. 1.

Half of 4k students, those with last names A-L, will attend Sept. 2. The other half, those with last names M-Z, will attend Sept. 3 — 4K will join, all together, on Sept. 7.

Early childhood starts Sept. 3.

Breaks:

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 24-26

Winter Break: December 22-31

Spring Break: March 21-25

Last Day: June 9
