One week before hosting its annual Preview of Champions competition, the Greendale High School marching band turned in a good day’s work at the Fox River Invitational over the weekend.
Greendale won the “AA” portion of the event and received honors for best musical presentation, best visual presentation and best percussion.
Fort Atkinson, the “AAA” champion, claimed honors for best color guard.

The Preview of Champions begins at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, at Gavinski Field.
