Kites over Greendale 2021

Kites over Greendale is back for their 2nd annual Kite Festival in Greendale! It will kick off on Sunday September 19th at 12 noon and last until 4 pm at Greendale Community Center Park on S 76th street. Food and Kites will be sold from Gift of Wings. Bring your own kite to fly or buy a kite from Gift of Wings.

Stunt kite demonstrations and Large Kites throughout the day. We will have the Kids mad dash at 2:30pm where we will give away 50 free kites to the first 50 kids that sign up at the Food Tent and participate to see who gets their kite the highest in 60 seconds. Winner will get a Kite of there very own from Gift of Wings!! We need someone to help untangle all of those lines. Can we count on you to help haha!

We will have a candy throw sometime during the day. In addition, we will have a free kite making event at 1:00 pm. Kites over Greendale is sponsored by Gift of Wings and the Greendale Park and Rec dept. We are excited for our 2nd year of Kites over Greendale! Hope to see you all there....
