Plans Move Forward For Starbucks Near Martin Luther High School
Reports show the new Starbucks proposed in front of Martin Luther High School is moving closer to construction.
GREENDALE, WI — Plans are moving toward construction for the Starbucks proposed in front of Martin Luther High School.
The proposal to construct a new Starbucks in front of Martin Luther received Village Board approval in June. Martin Luther High School recently sold the plot of land to Three Leaf Development, a development company led by Milwaukee Bucks player Pat Connaughton, BizTimes reported.
The developer plans on constructing a new commercial building in front of the school with a drive-thru Starbucks, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.

At present, there is one Starbucks in Greendale located inside Southridge Mall.
