Purses Stolen From Football Game, Man Locked In Toilet: GPD Logs
A man experienced "excited delirium" inside a bathroom, two people were escorted out of the mall for being a bit too eager and more.

GREENDALE, WI β The Greendale Police Department recently helped a man who was experiencing delirium in a locked bathroom, escorted two people who were a bit eager for a shoe release out of the mall and more.
Out of the Department's 274 calls there were three arrests, two bonds signed and 60 citations, it wrote in the weekly calls.

Here is what the Greendale Police Department handled from Aug. 18-24:
- A caller reported someone was walking around checking out cars. Police investigated and found no wrongdoing, only someone doing their job. The person was working as a delivery driver for Door Dash, police said.
- K9 Nova and his handler were called out to another agency to do a walkaround of a vehicle, police said. The police dog alerted to something suspicious and the driver was arrested.
- The Police Department responded alongside the Fire Department to a report of someone locked inside a bathroom unresponsive. An officer broke the door down and found a man experiencing "excited delirium," police said. The man was helped by the Fire Department.
- Two purses with money were stolen during the most recent high school football game.
- Police recieved a report that two customers were attempting to break into the mall. Officers investigated and found the customers were only trying to gain early access to a shoe release. The two were escorted outside of the mall until it opened. No citations were issued.
- A person gave their gun ammo to the department for disposal, police said.
- Someone found another person's debit card on a walkway in the Village and turned it in.
