βWeβre presenting seasonal adventure-programs for active adults. The programs offer the freedom to explore outdoor activities, to have a little friendly competitionβby no means as strenuous as American Ninja Warrior challengesβand to socialize with old and new friends,β said Emily Brown, Wehr Naturalist. βWeβll even learn about a nature topic or two without really trying, and weβll have fun gathering βround the fire pit for drinks and toasting marshmallows.β
Prizes for contest winners include sweet treats, passes to local night spots for Valentineβs Day, passes for free snowshoe rentals, and Friends of Wehr memberships.
