Carnivale, Trail Run, Benefit at Bar: Weekender in Hudson

Willow River Trail Run and Fall Open House Saturday, 9 a.m., at Willow River State Park. Run along a beautiful and challenging course. Hudson High School Chorale Department Fall Carnival Sunday, noon–4 p.m., at Hudson High School. Celebrate fall at this year's Fall Carnival fundraiser benefitting the Hudson High School Choral Department: family-friendly games, food, silent auction, crafts, crazy hair, cake walk and so much more. Fun for families and children of all ages. Lots of great silent raffle items available for bid. All proceeds goes towards the HHS Choral Department's 2014 Spring Spain Tour.

Marcia Lanners Larson Benefit Sunday, 2 p.m., at Paddy Ryan's Irish Pub. Fundraising benefit to help defray costs of hospitalization and treatment for Marcia who is recovering from 2 aneurysms. Food buffet, pub drinks, silent auction, instant raffles, live music provided by Langers Ball, and children's games.
