Molding Technician
Vital Plastics is a custom injection molding & assembly company located in Baldwin, WI. We are looking for full-time Molding Technicians with previous experience to work 12-hour Night shifts. The hours are 6:45 pm - 7:15 am with a Rotating Schedule of 3 nights on - 2 nights off and 2 nights on - 3 nights off.
This position requires the following: thorough understanding of injection molding, knowledge of plastic materials, ability to read prints, control plans, routings and bill of materials, knowledge of statistical process control and associated computer programs, set up proper tool and insert changes with appropriate materials, cycle machines, clean equipment, and knowledge of safety procedures. You must also have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work without direct supervision, operate a forklift, lift up to 55 pounds safely and work well with others.
