Rep. Paul Ryan, the Republican nominee for vice president, made his way to Hudson Tuesday afternoon for a stop at the Romney/Ryan victory center. 

Joined by Republican Senate hopeful and former Gov. Tommy Thompson, Ryan stopped to collect funds raised locally for Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

The storm on the East Coast has left millions of Americans without power, and Midwest crews are headed east to assist with the repairs and cleanup.
