• House fire causes extensive damage in Brookfield (gmtoday.com) — Menomonee Falls firefighters helped cover Brookfield stations while crews battled a Monday morning house fire that heavily damaged a home on Robinwood Street. Four residents safely evacuated as Brookfield and neighboring departments mounted an aggressive attack, bringing the blaze under control in about 30 minutes while the cause remains under investigation.
