110 Degree Heat Index Monday, Tuesday Possible: WI Weather
"Dangerously hot conditions" are expected across Wisconsin on Monday and Tuesday. An excessive heat advisory is in effect.

MILWAUKEE — The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat advisory for the Milwaukee metro area through 8 p.m. Monday. Heat indexes are expected to rise above 100 degrees.
"Heat index values between 100 and 108 are expected for most of the area [Monday], and Excessive Heat Warnings and Heat Advisories are in effect for the region," the NWS said. "Avoid being outside through the afternoon hours if possible!"
An excessive heat warning is set for Tuesday when indexes are expected to rise to 110 degrees in parts of Wisconsin:

Some relief could come in the form of storms this week:

"Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors," the NWS advises.

Tuesday: A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4pm. Mostly sunny and hot, with a high near 92. Heat index values as high as 103. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming southeast in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Tuesday Night: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 1am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 70. West wind around 5 mph becoming north after midnight.
Wednesday: A slight chance of showers between 1pm and 4pm, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 80. North wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Wednesday Night: A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10pm, then a slight chance of showers between 10pm and 1am, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
