Amber Alert: Pregnant WI Teen With Man Violating No-Contact Order

BEAVER DAM, WI — An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing Wisconsin teenage girl who is three months pregnant.

On Monday, Feb. 3, the Beaver Dam Police Department received a report of a missing juvenile, Sophia Martha Franklin, age 16.

She is believed to be with Gary F. Day, 40, and may be traveling in a black Buick LaCrosse with Arkansas license plate BBR 20L. The police said there is an active no-contact order between Franklin and Day.

Franklin was last seen at her residence in Beaver Dam on Feb. 2 around 9 p.m. She is believed to have left at 7:48 a.m. on Feb. 3. Authorities believe Franklin and Day are no longer in Beaver Dam.
