American Family Field Plans Resources For People With Sensory Needs
The Milwaukee Brewers' home field will soon feature noise-canceling headphones and other tools for fans with sensory needs.

MILWAUKEE, WI — American Family Field, the home of the Milwaukee Brewers, is now certified to assist patrons who have sensory needs, allowing for a more inclusive experience at the stadium, according to a news release from Major League Baseball.
MLB announced the certification from KultureCity on Wednesday. Fans will start seeing new resources and new staff training after July 4, the news release said. Beyond the new physical resources, new training at the stadium will teach staff how to recognize guests with sensory needs, and how to handle a sensory overload situation.
The new resources for guests will include noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads. The items will be distributed in a "sensory bag" and will be available at any Brewers Guest Relations kiosk.
