At Brewers Game, NJ Gov. Chris Christie Jaws With Heckling Cubs Fan (VIDEO)
Christie, whose son works for the Brewers, confronted the fan after he called the elected official a hypocrite during Sunday's game.

MILWAUKEE, WI — Lately, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has had a tough time relaxing while trying to catch a baseball game. For the second time in as many weeks, the failed Republican presidential candidate has been involved in an awkward, public moment at a major-league ballpark. In this incident, which was recorded and posted online, Christie confronted a Chicago Cubs fan who heckled him during Sunday' game against the Brewers in Milwaukee, invading the spectator's physical space and calling him a "big shot."
Brad Joseph, the Cubs fan, told Milwaukee's WISN 12 News that his impromptu face-to-face meeting with Christie happened after he loudly told the governor he sucked and was a hypocrite after the elected official walked past Joseph's seat. Christie, whose son works for the Brewers, then turned and walked back toward Joseph, asking if the fan wanted to "start something" and calling him "a tough guy," Joseph told the TV station. The governor also got off an amusing burn, according to the fan.
"First he told me, 'Why don't you have another beer?' which I thought was a decent come back, and I thought that was kind of funny," Joseph told WISN 12.

The confrontation — which also involved Christie allegedly touching the fan's knee as well as getting inches from his face — lasted between 30 seconds to a minute, although Joseph admitted it "seemed like a long time." As for why he originally yelled at Christie, Joseph said he was exercising his freedom of expression.

"He is a public official, and this is America, and I think we have the right to say what you believe as long as it’s not crude or profane," the fan told the TV station.
