'Cold Weather Advisory' Issued: WI Weather
"The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes," the NWS said.

MILWAUKEE, WI — An Arctic airmass will move into southern Wisconsin Sunday night, bringing northwest winds and temperatures dropping below zero by morning. Wind chills will range from 20 degrees below zero to 27 degrees below zero.
A cold weather advisory is in effect from midnight to 11 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service said.
Temperatures will drop into the negative teens Monday night into Tuesday morning, with continued bitter wind chills, likely prompting a second advisory.

"The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes," the NWS said. "Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves."

Looking back over the past weekend, snowfall totals in southern Wisconsin from Friday to Saturday ranged from 3 to 7 inches, with the highest amounts where the Friday and Saturday snow bands overlapped.
