CurderBurger Returning To Culver's In October

WISCONSIN — For a limited time in October, Culver's is bringing back their massive patty-shaped cheese curd as an option for their burgers.

Known succinctly as the "CurderBurger," Culver's said they'll be back from Oct. 12-31 (or until they all run out.) The concept, beginning as little more than an April Fool's joke, turned into a reality in 2021 — and it ended up doing really well at the register.

After the 2021 one-day debut of the CurderBurger, single-day sales peaked by 20 percent, Culver's said. Now, once again, the 2022 return of the CurderBurger comes in time for National Cheese Curd Day.

“We knew this was going to be a fun moment for us to give our guests something they truly wanted, but we were still blown away by the overwhelming response,” said Quinn Adkins, Culver’s director of menu development in October 2021.

The company calls its creation a "gooey, golden Wisconsin Cheese Curd crown stacked on a Deluxe ButterBurger."
