Police did not give more details about the investigation so far. Although the nature of the fetus' death remains unclear, it comes just months after a U.S. Supreme Court ruling pulled the legality of abortion away from Wisconsin. The state's law that mainly bans doctors from performing abortions is being contested by a lawsuit from Democratic leaders.
