Four Shot Saturday In Milwaukee; Police Investigating
One shooting victim died and three were treated for non-fatal injuries, police said.
MILWAUKEE, WI — Police in Milwaukee are investigating three weekend shootings that left three victims injured and one dead.
In a series of news releases, police on Sunday asked anyone with information about the shootings to call police at (414) 935-7360 or Crime Stoppers at (414) 224-TIPS. Tips can also be submitted through the P3 Tips App.
One of the shootings happened just before 8:30 p.m. in the 2900 block of W. Capitol Avenue. Police said two people were having an argument when one of them fired several gunshots, striking and injuring the 46-year-old victim. The victim was treated at a local hospital for his injuries, which were not life threatening.

Police said the shooter is not known at this time. A description of the gunman was not available.
Another shooting happened around 6:11 p.m. in the 3500 block of W. St Paul Avenue. Police said a person in a vehicle fired several shots toward a group of people, striking a 14-year-old. The group that had been fired upon returned fire.

The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries at a local hospital.
Around 5:45 p.m. in the 2800 block of N. Buffum Street, two people were shot. A 21-year-old Milwaukee man had fatal injuries, and another victim, a 24-year-old also from Milwaukee, was treated for non-life threatening injuries at a local hospital.
Police said investigations into the shootings are ongoing.
