International Women's Day Celebration at Lowcountry

Live Music, Cocktails and Charitable Contributions

Lowcountry, co-owned by female restaurateur Dana Hompluem, will honor International Women's Day with a seafood soiree! This year's IWD campaign theme, "Accelerate Action" will be at the heart of Lowcountry's event, featuring live music, specialty cocktails, and a portion of the proceeds benefiting a female-focused charitable organization.

On Saturday, March 8, Lowcountry's Milwaukee location will host a festive evening filled with $8 Violet Femme cocktails (purple hued libation made with vodka, creme de violette, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice), celebratory seafood boils, and soulful jazz by Christopher's Project from 5:45-8:45 p.m. Guests are encouraged to wear purple attire to mark the occasion. A portion of the sales on March 8 will be donated to the Women’s Fund of Greater Milwaukee.
