July 4th Fireworks In Milwaukee Parks Rescheduled To August
The fireworks shows originally scheduled for July 4 across Milwaukee parks are now rescheduled for August, the city announced on Tuesday.
MILWAUKEE, WI — The fireworks shows that were originally scheduled for July 4 throughout Milwaukee parks will now take place on Aug. 2.
The original shows were canceled, alongside numerous shows around Milwaukee County, as rain swept across the region the evening of Independence Day. The shows were postponed indefinitely, until the city announced the new schedule on Tuesday. The city's separate lakefront fireworks still returned on July 3.
The fireworks shows will take place at 9:15 p.m. at the originally scheduled Milwaukee County parks, the city's department of city development website said.
