MILWAUKEE, WI — Major Harris, 3, was killed around the same time as his mother, Mallery Muenzenberger, Milwaukee County Medical Examiner Brian Peterson said Monday.
Milwaukee police found Harris' body near North 35th Street and West Rohr Avenue on Thursday. The medical examiner's office ruled his death a homicide, and the cause was a gunshot to the head, the office said.
Muenzenberger's death was also ruled a homicide, Peterson's office said. Muenzenberger's body was found near North 37th Street and West Clarke Street on Oct. 14.
