Search For Major Harris: Father Asks For Community Help
The father, Carlton Harris Jr., asked community members for information that would bring home his 3-year-old son.

MILWAUKEE, WI — Carlton Harris Jr., the father of the missing 3-year-old boy Major Harris, asked community members Wednesday to share any information they may have about his son's whereabouts.
The search for the 3-year-old has been ongoing since Saturday when police issued an Amber Alert. Since then, police have found the car associated with the Amber Alert and have said that the man they suspected in the boy's mother's homicide has been found dead. However, there is still no sign of the missing 3-year-old.
Harris Jr. said that the Milwaukee Police Department found blood inside of an SUV identified in the Amber Alert Monday. However, police have not confirmed this and Patch has emailed and called the department for comment. We will update this story if we hear back.

Police took a DNA sample from Harris Jr., he said at a televised news conference, which was broadcast by several local news outlets, including FOX6.
"I'm asking the community of Milwaukee, if you know anything, hit the tip lines," Harris Jr. said in an interview with 101.7 The Truth. "I don't care how I get my son back, I need my son."

Patch has also reached out to police for an update on the missing child.
Harris Jr. hadn't been in contact with Mallery Muenzenberger, Harris' mother, he said. She was found dead near North 37th Street and West Clarke Street Thursday, the Milwaukee Police Department said.
Police searched a house in the 5400 block of North 41st Street on Sunday for Jaheem Clark, in connection with Muenzenberger's death. Police heard two gunshots and found Clark dead inside the house, police said.
Major Harris has been missing since Oct. 9, Milwaukee Police Inspector Paul Formolo said at a news briefing Tuesday. Police issued an Amber Alert for Harris on Saturday.
Harris is 3 feet tall and weighs 40 pounds. He has a light complexion, thin build, brown eyes and black hair in four shoulder-length zigzag braids, the Amber Alert said.
Harris was last seen wearing a dark blue T-shirt with a small pocket on the left side, navy blue basketball shorts and no shoes or socks, the alert said.
