Severe Storms, Damaging Winds Expected Friday: WI Weather
While the tornado threat is low, a brief, weak tornado is possible between 8 and 10 p.m., the National Weather Service warns.

MILWAUKEE, WI — A strong spring storm system will move into the Milwaukee metro area Friday night, bringing the potential for severe weather between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m. Saturday.
The highest risk for damaging winds of 60 mph or greater is southwest of Interstate 90, but thunderstorms and heavy rain are expected across southern Wisconsin, according to the National Weather Service.
While the tornado threat is low, a brief, weak tornado is possible between 8 and 10 p.m., the NWS added.
