Tornado Warning In Milwaukee Area Amid Severe Storms: NWS
Authorites said severe thunderstorms are moving east into the Milwaukee area with tornadoes possible.
UPDATE: The tornado warnings issued for southeastern Wisconsin on Wednesday have expired.
MILWAUKEE, WI — A tornado warning is in effect for much of southeastern Wisconsin until 12:45 p.m. amid severe thunderstorms coming from the west, according to the National Weather Service.
Storms capable of producing a tornado were located in a line from Menomonee falls to Mukwonago by 12:09 p.m. Tornados are possible alongside dangerous flying debris.

Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely, according to the NWS.

Milwaukee, West Allis, Wauwatosa, Greenfield, Oak Creek, South Milwaukee, Cudahy, Whitefish Bay, Greendale, Brown Deer, St. Francis, Hales Corners, Fox Point, Bayside, West Milwaukee, Franklin, Glendale, River Hills, Milwaukee Hoan Bridge and Shorewood.
Here's what the NWS said to do:
TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
Gusts of 60 mph may be possible.
