Two Injured In Separate Shootings In Milwaukee On Monday

Anyone with information about either shooting is asked to contact police.

MILWAUKEE, WI — Authorities in Milwaukee on Monday were investigating two separate shootings that left two men injured, police said.

In a news release, Milwaukee Police said the first shooting happened just before 7 p.m. in the 3100 block of N. 27th Street.

The victim, a 22-year-old man from Milwaukee, was standing outside at the location when he was shot. Police said he was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Police said the shooter remains unidentified.

Another man was also shot in the 2600 block of N. 48th Street just before 9:30 p.m. in Milwaukee. The man walked to a local hospital for treatment, and his injuries were not life-threatening, police said.
