Video: Resident Records Video After 17-Year-Old Shot, Injured

MILWAUKEE, WI β A homeowner in Milwaukee captured video of police responding to a report of gunshots fired in her neighborhood on a home surveillance camera, as seen on the Neighbors app.
The homeowner reported hearing about six gunshots on Jan. 5 near the intersection of Buffum and Hadley in Milwaukee. The homeowner reported that a car sped off just after the gunshots were fired.
According to Milwuakee police, at just after 4 p.m. on Jan. 5, a 17-year-old walked into a local hospital suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound. Police responded to a shots fired complaint on the 2800 Block of N. Buffum St.

Police said they learned that the boy had been shot at the scene, and are investigating the circumstances that led up to the shooting.
