MADISON, WI — Vice President Mike Pence is visiting the State Capitol Building on Tuesday afternoon as part of a greater celebration of Wisconsin's School Choice program.

Pence's visit bears one historical note: it is the first time a sitting U.S. President or Vice President will attend an event inside the State Capitol building.
