The Brewers could consider leaving the state if lawmakers can't agree on a funding package for stadium improvements and upgrades.

MILWAUKEE — A bill making its way through the Wisconsin State Legislature would spend $546 million in public funds on a renovation of American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers.
A total of $411 million would come from the state and $135 million from Milwaukee County and the city of Milwaukee, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.
The Brewers would drop in $100 million of their own private funds and would agree to stay in Wisconsin through at least 2043.
