MILWAUKEE β Bitterly cold temperatures and wind chills will grip southern Wisconsin through midweek, with wind chills near -20 in some parts, according to the National Weather Service.
Early morning cloud cover has kept temperatures in eastern counties about 10 degrees warmer, on average, than those in the west.
Tonight, southwestern Wisconsin may see a slight chance of flurries.
