Wisconsin Students Get Coronavirus After Spring Break Trip
Officials with the University Health Services at UW-Madison said they became aware of a cluster of COVID-19 cases.
MADISON, WI — Several UW-Madison students tested positive for the new coronavirus after a spring break trip took them to Tennessee and Alabama in mid-March, university officials said.
Officials with the University Health Services at UW-Madison said they became aware of a cluster of COVID-19 cases "associated with a spring break trip organized by seniors."

According to university officials, the spring break trip began in Nashville at about March 13 and eventually ended up in Gulf Shores, Alabama on March 16.
University officials said the students tested positive for COVID-19. They were asked to observe a 14-day self-quarantine in their respective homes.
