NEW BERLIN, WI — A Greenfield man died after a two-vehicle crash Saturday morning in New Berlin, according to a news release from the New Berlin Police Department.

Authorities responded to a crash around 6:39 a.m. at the intersection of Calhoun Road and Beloit Road. One patient was removed from their vehicle and sent to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, but despite all lifesaving efforts by New Berlin paramedics and police, the 39-year-old man died in the emergency room, police say.

The driver of the other vehicle was treated on scene and released by paramedics, and is cooperating as police investigate the crash, the news release said.
