Items Stolen From Vehicle On 124th: New Berlin PD Logs

Here's a look back at noteworthy logs reported by the New Berlin Police Department for May 27-Friday.

NEW BERLIN, WI — A New Berlin resident told police someone entered her unlocked vehicle and stole several items in the 4500 block of 124th Street between the evening of May 26 and the following morning, according to logs from the New Berlin Police Department.

Here's a look back at other noteworthy logs from May 27-Friday:

  • A woman tried to push a cart full of food items out of the Walmart at 15205 Greenfield Avenue on Sunday, the company reported to police, logs said.
  • Police pulled over a New Berlin man for a traffic stop near Moorland and Rock Ridge Roads around 10 a.m. on Monday and arrested him for OWI-fifth offense, according to logs.
  • A resident told police two people in a pickup truck approached his daughter and asked her to come in the vehicle near Rogers Drive and East Lane on Thursday, and it's believed to not be the first incident, according to police logs, but more information was unclear and the log is listed as "suspicious activity."
