NEW BERLIN, WI — A 79-year-old man from New Berlin is dead after a compact SUV and a tow truck crashed on Grange Avenue Wednesday morning, according to police.

The two-vehicle crash happened in the 14800 block of Grange Avenue, about a half mile east of Moorland Road, just before 10 a.m., police said in a news release.

The man was brought to a hospital where he died, police said. Police said they are still looking into what caused the crash.
