Pick Up Starts For Waste Management Carts In New Berlin
As Johns Disposal takes over for the city's collection services, Waste Management carts are set to be picked up by Jan. 14.
NEW BERLIN, WI — As Johns Disposal Service takes over for New Berlin's residential garbage and recycling pickup, residents can expect their Waste Management carts to be picked up by January 14, the city announced in a news release.
Johns, which has been delivering carts throughout December, became the city's official trash servicer on Jan. 1 following months of reported issues with Waste Management and discussions in the city. Sierra Container Group will pick up the old carts on behalf of WM starting Monday and through Jan. 14, the news release said.
