Thefts From Vehicles + Catalytic Converter Stolen: New Berlin Police

NEW BERLIN, WI — At least three people reported that they had items stolen from their vehicles while they were parked in New Berlin on Thursday, according to the latest New Berlin police logs.
A resident told police tools were stolen from his unlocked vehicle when it was parked at his home in the 14100 block of Kostner Lane, logs said.
Three residents in the 1400 and 1600 block of Coachlight Drive told police they had items stolen from their vehicles. One person had their car charger stolen, while another said someone stole electronics from their car at some point between Wednesday and Thursday, according to logs. Another resident told police someone stole money from their vehicle between Monday and Thursday.

On Tuesday, a resident in the 1400 block of Carriage Lane told police someone stole property from his vehicle overnight, logs said.

- A resident in the 17200 block of Greenfield Avenue told police someone stole the catalytic converter from their Toyota Prius at some point between Sunday evening and Monday morning, according to logs.
- A resident told police someone entered his detached garage and took things in the 1600 block of Sherwood Drive on Sunday, logs said.
