Here's a look back at highlights from New Berlin's crime statistics logs for March 2-Tuesday.
NEW BERLIN, WI — Police arrested a New Berlin man for operating while intoxicated on Saturday around 1:30 p.m. near Greenfield Avenue and Arcadian Drive after police saw him driving on the wrong side of the road, according to online logs.
Here's a look back at highlights from the department's online call logs for March 2-Tuesday:
- A New Berlin resident confronted a man who was looking into his car on 13500 Greenfield Avenue around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, police logs said. The suspect was last seen walking east on Greenfield Avenue, police say.
- Four people stole three laptops from the Walmart on 15200 Greenfield Avenue on Saturday, the company's asset protection told police, according to logs.
- Somebody stole stuff from a car on 12700 Greenfield Avenue, a resident told police around 5 a.m. on Saturday, logs said.
- Someone broke the rear window of a vehicle on 13600 Crawford Drive around 9:30 p.m. on Friday, according to logs.
- Someone stole a New Berlin resident's vehicle on 1500 Coachlight Drive the night of March 3, according to logs.
- Someone stole the license plate off of a vehicle parked at a business on 2075 Moorland Road around 1 p.m. on March 4.
- A woman left the Walmart at 15205 Greenfield Avenue on March 2 pushing a car full of with merchandise she didn't pay for, logs said
