The Oak Creek Police Department’s Annual Bike Rodeo will be held from noon to 3 p.m. June 5 at the American Legion, 9327 S. Shepherd Ave. in Oak Creek.
One hundred local children will receive a free helmet on a first-come, first-served basis thanks in part to the Habush Habush & Rottier Charitable Foundation.
The free event is for children age kindergarten through eighth grade. Participants receive giveaways and a chance to win a bike. A group ride with bike patrol officers will be held at 2 p.m.
