22-Year-Old Dies In Oak Creek Crash: Report

OAK CREEK, WI — A 22-year-old has died as a result of a Wednesday morning crash in Oak Creek, police say.

According to Oak Creek police, officers were called to the 6400 block of S. Pennsylvania Ave. for a report of a two-car crash at just after 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5.

Police said a 22-year-old passenger in one of the cars was injured, and was not responding. First responders performed life-saving measures on the passenger, however the passenger died at the scene, police said.

According to a news release issued Wednesday afternoon, four other people in the involved cars were taken to local hospitals for injuries.

Police say they're continuing to investigate the crash and the Wisconsin State Patrol is helping with the investigation.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner responded to the scene on what was originally reported as a motorcycle accident in Oak Creek on Wednesday morning.
