Kiss at Qdoba for Half-Off Deal on Valentine's Day

If you are willing to engage in a small public show of affection, you can get a discount deal Tuesday at Qdoba restaurants.

All Wisconsin stores, including , are offering the Valentine's Day discount: Kiss someone while ordering an entree, and you get a second entree at half-price.

The recipient of the kiss could be a friend, relative, significant other or "understanding stranger," the website says.

If you lived in any other state where Qdoba does business, you would do even better - elsewhere in the nation, the corporate promotion is being called "BOGO (Buy one, get one) For A Kiss," and that second entree is free.

"A lot of our markets (in Wisconsin) are not heavily discounted markets," said marketing representative Emily Cose of Roaring Fork Restaurant Group, the franchise holder. "We believe we give a good value for what we sell. We appreciate our customers and aren't trying to rip them off, by any means.

"The 50 percent off (a second entree) deal worked really well for us last year, and we wanted to repeat it this year."
