Michael Scott To Perform In Oak Creek For Wounded Warrior Project
The event will be held Thursday, July 11, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Sweeney's, 6050 S. Howell Ave.
OAK CREEK, WI — Sweeney’s Gym is bringing Nashville recording artist and Milwaukee native Michael Scott to its Oak Creek-area location for a special fundraiser concert to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.
The event will be held Thursday, July 11, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Sweeney’s, 6050 S. Howell
Ave. A donation of $20 or more at the door offers access to the concert, as well as food and drinks from Firewise Barbecue Co. and St. Francis Brewery. 100-percent of proceeds benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.
“From the day I opened Sweeney’s, I said we would be more than a gym—it’s important to me and my members that we give back to our community,” said owner Michael Sweeney. “Helping the brave men and women who have served our great nation by raising needed funds for the Wounded Warrior Project aligns perfectly with our philosophy.”
