Oak Creek First Responders Revive Man In Heroin Overdose Case
Police in Oak Creek say first responders were able to revive a man who was suffering the effects of an apparent heroin overdose.

OAK CREEK, WI — A man suffering from an apparent drug overdose was revived by authorities, police said.
According to Oak Creek police call logs, a 911 caller told police that a 27-year-old Oak Creek man had overdosed on heroin, and that a bystander started CPR just after 8 p.m. on March 7.
According to police, first responders reported the man was breathing, and had a pulse, but was unconscious.

Police said an Oak Creek fire department paramedic administered Narcan - a powerful drug reversal agent - which caused the man to regain consciousness.
According to police call logs, the man admitted to injecting heroin, but was uncooperative when authorities asked him additional questions.

Police said they found a used syringe and a spook with residue in the building's bathroom. He was transported to Ascension Franklin for further medical treatment.
