Oak Creek Police, Fire, Revive Man Who Lost Pulse: Cops

Police said officers arrived and found a concerned citizen giving 46-year-old Oak Creek man CPR in the garage.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek say they revived a 46-year-old Oak Creek man after he reportedly lost his pulse in an apparent medical emergency.

According to Oak Creek police call logs, officers were sent to a home on the 7500 block of S. Highfield Court at just before 2 p.m. on Feb. 22 on a report of a person who was struggling breathing.

Police said officers arrived and found a concerned citizen giving 46-year-old Oak Creek man CPR in the garage.

According to police, the first-arriving officer tried to find a pulse on the man, however there was no pulse. An Oak Creek officer began CPR and gave about 8 to 10 rounds before the officer detected a pulse.

Police said Oak Creek fire department paramedics arrived on-scene and the 46-year-old Oak Creek man became alert after he was placed into a fire department med unit. Police said the man was transported to St. Luke's Main for further treatment and evaluation.
