Oak Creek Schools Opens Annual Parent Guardian Survey

The Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District is committed to providing a great place for students to learn and for parents to send their children for quality education. One way we do this is by asking you to share your voice!

The annual Parent Guardian Survey is now open and we're asking you to take a few minutes to let us know what you think is working at your child's school and what we can do better.

This survey helps every principal and teacher team in OCFSD make their school a better place to teach and learn and we appreciate you taking the time to fill it out.

You can take the survey here.

The survey will close on Tuesday, May 3. Please know, this survey is anonymous.

If you have more than one child in a school, please complete only one survey for the school. If you have children in more than one school, please complete a different survey for each school.
