Police Catch 10-Year-Old Repeat Shoplifter: Report
An employee at Target said the girl stuffed a jacket's pockets and her backpack with items, and tried leaving the store.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek say they caught a 10-year-old repeat shoplifter at Target and drove her back home following the incident.
According to Oak Creek police call logs, a Target employee called police at just before 8 p.m. on Nov. 3 on a report of a 10-year-old repeat shoplifter.
Police said the 10-year-old girl was in the entertainment center wearing a red jacket that she took off a rack and put on. The employee said the girl then stuffed the jacket's pockets and her backpack with items.

According to police, the girl tried leaving the store when she was confronted by store security. Officers drove the girl back to her house and tried to reach her mother, who works in Kenosha. They were not able to reach the girl's mother that day however did contact her the next day.
Police said no arrest was made, as the girl was less than 12 years old.
