Police Conduct Prostitution Sweep At Oak Creek Hotel: Logs

Police in Oak Creek say they've arrested several people, including men and women, after a prostitution sweep at an Oak Creek hotel.

OAK CREEK, WI — According to Oak Creek police call logs, the following calls were logged on the night of Feb. 8 after officers conducted a prostitution sting operation at a motel located on W. College Ave.

3:58 p.m. A 47-year-old Franksville woman was cited for escorting without a license after she exchanged texts with an undercover police sergeant about exchanging services for money. The woman knocked on the motel door, and let herself into the hotel room.

4:29 p.m. A 34-year-old Menomonee Falls woman who was wanted in Milwaukee County for reckless driving-causing great bodily harm, driving with a revoked license and in Waukesha County for driving with a revoked license was arrested after she agreed to meet an undercover police officer for a massage at the motel. Police said the woman lied about her name multiple times and was found to have a crack pipe in her purse.

6:49 p.m. A 51-year-old Racine man was arrested and ordered into court after texting with an undercover officer, and agreeing to pay for sexual services at the motel.

11:54 p.m. A 41-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for patronizing a prostitute after arriving at the motel after making arrangements to pay for sexual services, not knowing he was actually communicating with an undercover officer.

11:54 p.m. A 68-year-old Franklin man was cited for patronizing a prostitute after arriving at the motel after he made arrangements via text message to exchange money for a sexual act for a person who was actually an undercover officer.
