Police Respond to Several Post-Super Bowl Incidents

Some were alcohol-related, some were fireworks.

Oak Creek police responded to several alcohol-related incidents after Sunday's Super Bowl as well as at least two complaints of fireworks. 

The Super Bowl ended just after 9 p.m. Police arrested three drunken drivers between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m., including a man who went through the Taco Bell drive-thru while allegedly intoxicated. Police found him passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle about an hour after he received his food. 

Another person was arrested for drunken driving after he got into a fight in the parking lot of Kwik Trip on 13th St., while another man was arrested after he struck a vehicle.

In addition, police responded to two reports of fireworks set off shortly after the Super Bowl's final snap. One of those calls came from Mitchell International Airport. An airport worker told police pilots were concerned that fireworks would come into the paths of their planes.
