Turkey Day Walk Planned at OCHS
Want to get some exercise in before your Thanksgiving feast? Head to Oak Creek High School Thursday morning.
Before devouring your Thanksgiving meal Thursday, you can get some preemptive exercise in at Oak Creek High School.
As part of his Weight Loss Challenge, Mayor Steve Scaffidi will host a one-hour walk around the high school track at 8 a.m. Thursday.
Scaffidi said anyone is welcome to join, regardless of whether they signed up for the challenge.

The initiative started Nov. 10 with 465 people attending a kick-off event at the high school. Organizers are tracking how much weight participants can collectively lose before the challenge ends Feb. 10.
